Keysight B2985C Electrometer / High Resistance Meter, 0.01 fA

The B2985C is the only graphical electrometer that combines high-sensitivity current measurement with a large resistance measurement up to 10 P??. Its 4.3?? color LCD enables real-time trend analysis and histogram data, enabling quick statistical analysis without a PC. The Setup Integrity Checker software helps diagnose noise sources by comparing different cabling and fixturing setups.

The B2985C enables you to do the following:

Achieve 0.01 fA (0.01 ?? 10?1? A) resolution for ultra-sensitive measurements.
Measure resistances up to 10 P?? with a 1000 V source.
Capture up to 20,000 readings/s for high-speed data acquisition.
