PXIe-7891 KU060 FPGA Signal-Level HIL I/O Module

The PXIe-7891 is a high-performance PXI Express FlexRIO multifunction I/O module designed for signal-level inverter hardware-in-the-loop testing. It combines simultaneous analog input, conventional and low-latency analog output, digital I/O, high-speed serial connectivity and a user-programmable Xilinx Kintex UltraScale KU060 FPGA.

The module is optimized for validating traction-inverter and electronic control-unit behavior. Its FPGA can execute multiple real-time motor models while its low-latency outputs emulate motor voltage and current feedback, resolver signals, Hall sensors, encoders and other electrical interfaces used by an inverter controller.
